Tim Price, Director of Harvest Ministry
Tim has served in the youth ministry arena since 1990. With experience both on staff in local churches and as a guest ministry leader in hundreds of churches, Tim brings experiences from youth ministries and leaders from all over the state and Midwest. He has a passion to walk along side local churches. Tim will be leading worship during this seventh season of The Well.

Greg Groves, Associate Pastor of Christian Education and Youth, Greenville Free Methodist Church, Greenville, IL
Greg pastors the youth at the Greenville Free Methodist Church. He has a BS degree in secondary education and an M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary. He is a Foundations Trainer for SonLife. Greg currently teaches "Philosophy of Youth Ministry" at Greenville College.

Ricky Spindler, Student Ministries Pastor, Stone Creek Church, Champaign, IL
Ricky is a passionate ministry leader overseeing the children and youth ministry at fast growing Stone Creek Church. Ricky has a proven track record of raising up leaders and volunteers to accomplish the ministry as a team. His gift in connecting with student has been one key to a successful ministry. Other keys include turning team members loose, prayer, scripture and reading.

Presentations at The Well
During the presentations, we will hear from a student ministry leader (either Greg Groves or Ricky Spindler) who is doing effective ministry in the local church.
The session will include topics such as:
How To Sustain Effective Ministry
Tools and Tips For Leading in Ministry
Philosophies on Serving Christ By Serving Students
Both Greg and Ricky not only have a heart for ministry to students, but also have an understanding about gathering a team around them. Both are gifted communictors - they will share insights that apply to church youth ministries in any size or situation.
Discussion with Other Youth Ministry Leaders
In addition to the presentations, there will be time to connect withh other youth ministry leaders adn discuss ministry ideas adn concepts.
