The Well Information
The Well is a seminar for veteran and beginning youth pastors youth directors, youth ministry team members and anyone else involved in youth ministry, both paid and volunteer. The purpose of The Well is to offer an "equipping and encouraging" time for youth workers, close to home and relatively inexpensive. The Well is also a great place to attend to build relationships with others in youth ministry.
This October, Dr. Hal Hamilton will be leading each of The Well seminars.
Tim Price will be leading in worship during each of the sessions.
The Well for Fall of 2009 will be presented from September 28th - October 2nd.

Session Topics
The Well will be broken into three sections focusing on these three topics:
1) Personal Development as a Ministry Leader
2) Recruitment, Training and Use of Godly Volunteers
3) Making the most of Mission Trips.
Dr. Hal Hamilton has been a master strategist when it comes to personal development, time management, and balancing ministry life. He has also has had a proven track record with the development of adult volunteers. In addition, mission experiences for students is one of his passions. This session will dive into some thoughts on raising the bar for students and making the maximum impact in the student’s life of service and leadership.
