The Well Information
The Well is a seminar for veteran and beginning youth pastors youth directors, youth ministry team members and anyone else involved in youth ministry, both paid and volunteer. The purpose of The Well is to offer an "equipping and encouraging" time for youth workers, close to home and relatively inexpensive. The Well is also a great place to attend to build relationships with others in youth ministry.
This October, Tim Price will be leading each of The Wells. During The Well, leaders will learn to:
- Design ministries that help meet students at all levels of spiritual development.
- Learn some practical steps for developing a team of people around you to help in ministry.
- Be refreshed with some new ideas that have worked for other Midwest youth leaders - from rural to city settings.
The day will also include a short time of worship with Tim Price and the Harvest Worship Band.
