To ensure a solid witness of Harvest Ministry Teams as we carry the Good News of Jesus Christ, please read the following carefully and sign this covenant signifying that you are willing, by your own choice, to abide by the guidelines set forth by Harvest Ministry Teams.

I understand that our purpose this summer is to glorify Jesus Christ in all that we do, say, and think. Because of this high calling and my love for Jesus, I willingly agree to live a life worthy of His calling - a life free from illegal drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco products, swear words, unnecessary gossip, unnecessary complaining, and sexual impurity. I will not wear clothing or listen to music that does not edify and glorify God. I understand that breaking this covenant with Harvest Ministry Teams will result in discontinued travel with the team.
